IMS Session Notes Available
The IMS first day featured "Open Space," a meeting technique that is being used in many LLL meetings and workshops ( http://www.openspaceworld.org/ ). Notes are always taken from the sessions. It was exciting to read the reports. I am impressed by the excellent job of sharing the day this way. I know it's hard to capture the spirit and highlights while you're listening and talking! The only down side was reading the names of so many Leaders with whom I needed to reconnect, to hug and share the excitement. THANKS to everyone who participated and especially to those who took the time and energy for the reports. I think these are extremely helpful. How I wish I had been able to be there in person.
